Security, encryption & protection

Your privacy rights
A) California (CCPA/CPRA)

B) EEA/UK (GDPR)
If you are in the EEA/UK, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing, and the right to data portability. If we process your data based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time.

SMS privacy & terms
SMS Privacy Commitment
Mobile opt-in, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS communication purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
If you opt in to receive text messages from us, we may send SMS communications related to insurance quotes, appointment reminders, status updates, and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time.
- Help: Reply HELP or email info@esinsured.com.
- Consent: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.
SMS messaging may not be active at all times. Messaging features will only be enabled once carrier approval requirements are fully met.
International data transfers
If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other jurisdictions where our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us to request deletion.
